1. The selection of tooling platforms depends on the size and shape of the product, and D16 series platforms are commonly used for sheet metal and small steel structural components;
2. The D28 series platform is commonly used in large steel structures and heavy machinery industries. For situations where the size of workpieces varies greatly, it is recommended to use the D22 series;
3. The selection of accessories should be based on the shape, size, and complexity of the workpiece;
4. When the platform cannot meet the size of the workpiece, U-shaped square boxes, L-shaped square boxes, supporting angle irons and other supporting components can be used for expansion and extension.
Characteristics of flexible welding platform:
1. The three-dimensional flexible welding platform has five working faces, with the side used for expansion or auxiliary positioning;
2. Divided into three series: D16/D22/D28;
3 The holes in the D16 series are Φ 16, with a spacing of 50mm ± 0.05 between them, and are arranged in an array with 50x50mm grid lines distributed on the surface;
4. The D22 series consists of holes with a diameter of Φ 22 and a spacing of 75mm ± 0.05 in an array, with 75x75mm grid lines distributed on the surface;
